Note: After completing the registration, making your flight and hotel reservations are still necessary - this is not done for you.
EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
The Vital Care Annual Franchise Conference will take place from Wednesday, October 25 through Friday, October 27 in Orlando, FL at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek.
Please note the following for your arrival and departure:
Arrivals:
- If you are participating in the Sterile Compounding Workshop on Wednesday, October 25, you will need to arrive on Tuesday, October 24 as the workshop begins at 8:00am on Wednesday.
- If you are not participating in the Workshop, please plan to land at the Orlando Airport (MCO) by 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 25 so that you can make the Welcome Reception at 6:00pm on-site.
- For corporate employees and Franchise Advisory Team members, please make your flight arrangements as necessary to support your meetings in advance of the conference start.
Departures:
- For departures, the meeting will go through 3:00pm on Friday, October 27, so it is advised to not make departing flights prior to 5:00pm on Friday from the Orlando Airport (MCO).

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
The attire for the meeting is business casual with the exception of the awards dinner on Thursday night. For that, please plan to wear semi-formal attire. Additionally, please consider bringing some athletic gear for an optional wellness activity.
